As I got fed up of being unable to use Reader, I dedcided today I m doing it. I will download the newest version there is ! I went to a succesful installation but whenever I open a PDF file, that old 6.0 is coming up. After multiple failed attempts, I investigated my PC to make sure I meet system requirements; running xp pro sp3, windows explorer 8 (or latest of mozilla... depends on my mood), i htought I did but opted for uninstalling my old disfunctiojnnal 6.0 first...
...uninstalling 6.0.1 adobe. FAIL
I searched for answers in different forums but after trying this and that and manually deleting all files and subfolders (except those restricted) changing accessibility, cached bla bla.... I know i know FAIL but I am now out of ressources and considering using the desktop tower as an extra seat cuz I canèt afford new one.
Tell me... is there hope ?
