i've been on the telephone for over 1-1/2 hours with Verizon today asking for assistance in opening their .pdf billing files. i've installed Reader XI and worked on two different computers with WIN 7 and WIN 8. Could having 64-bit systems be a problem? No one at Verizon could help me solve the problem. Adobe message read Adobe couldn't open the file because it's either not supported because created with a non-Adobe program or the file is damaged. I've tried a number of files to open to no success.
