Send file

When I open a PDF file in Internet Explorer with the Adobe reader 11.0.0.2 plugin and I want to sent the file to someone I press send file.

When my outlook 2010 new message windows opens I cannot click to minimize the window. For my profession I have to add the pdf files to excisting emails and I didn't find a solution to move the pdf file from one new message to a replay from another.

When I press send file, the filename containts a session id, is it possible to remove the session id from the filename?
