In Reader XI when you click on a hyperlink containing a tilda (~) Reader is improperly converting it to "%257E". This behavior is not present in Reader X. As an example, if you link to this address in a pdf: http://home.hiwaay.net/~rgs/awgcalculator.html clicking on it in XI will open a browser window at address http://home.hiwaay.net/%257Ergs/awgcalculator.html which does not exist. Reader X (and serveral other pdf readers) open the site as expected. Is there any way to fix this? I do not see it listed in known issues.
