Hello,
I am working on a document which under File> properties>security shows comments as "allowed" under XP (SP3, Reader version 11.0.2) while the very same document shows comments "not allowed" under Linux (Xubuntu 12.10, Reader version 9.5.4. of 20130109).
Commenting works fine under XP; comments inserted under XP are visible in Linux, and they can even be modified... but no new comments can be inserted.
