Hello,
we have 2 network shares available : \\FILESERVER1\FOLDER and \\FILESERVER1\FOLDERXXX. Through DFS we create 2 locations \\OURDFS\FOLDER and \\OURDFS\FOLDERXXX, pointing to the previous UNC locations. We map the 2 locations to drive letters as
- G:\ -> \\OURDFS\FOLDER
- H:\ -> \\OURDFS\FOLDERXXX
When we open a file on drive H:\testfile, we see in MRU list the right UNC path. However, when we close adobe reader and reopen it, the recent file list shows a reference to G:\XXX\testfile. So the conversion of the UNC path to drive letters has a bug i think.
When we use the real file server paths (no DFS) in the drive mappings, there is no problem.
We have tried this in Adobe Acrobat (Reader) v7,v9, vX, vXI on windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 SP1.
Any help very welcome! Thanks!
