Question on the /P value of the Encrypt Dictionary

I'm doing some research into the /P value of the Encryt Dictionary, I understand that this is a four-byte integer (LSB) to set the permissions of the pdf.  Two questions, related to each other.

First, is there additional documentation on the binary bit that cause specific permissions to be set?

Second, which binary bit causes the prompt for password upon opening?
