I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. I recently installed Adobe Reader XI. Whether I open the program directly or double-click a PDF document the results are the same. I briefly see the blank Reader application window, then it closes. I uninstalled Adobe completely and reinstalled then changed register by doing :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\11.0\privileged\bProtectedMode from 1 to 0. Still blank Reader application window open, after few seconds then it closes.Can someone tell me what the problem and solution is? Thank you.
