Adobe reader 11.0.2 crashes when choosing «Save» on the file menu

I am facing similar issues in Windows 7 IE 9 Adobe Reader 11.0.2.

When I try to save PDF forms it shows a message saying Adobe stopped working. And here is what I found in event log -
