I am trying to download an application in grants.gov. They keep asking me to download the latest version of adobe reader--which I have done...continuously for two hours. I uninstall the old version, install the latest. I even get messages from adobe saying I have the latest version installed. I also restarted my computer, thinking that may help. No such luck. When I go back to grants.gov to download the application, I still receive the message that I need to install the latest version.
What should I do?
