How do I delete your old S/W 10.1.05

Hi ,

        Just finished loading your latest version of Acrobat Reader 11.0.02 and it took care of my problem.  Then I went into my hard drive where it 

say's add or remove software.  After I told this dumb computer to delete your old version 10.1.05 the computer said that it could not perform this task due to The Patch not being instaklled properly  Which say's it can not be deleted. Is this a common problem with your S/W because Your latest version that I just installed also has a patch V 11.1.02
