I have a client who was unable to open our reports in IE ( got an error message). We downloaded new version (XI), and then tried again. Still same error. Opened outside of browser and it finally opened, but still encrypted. No trouble at all in Chrome or if files are emailed. Also double checked and "Do not save encrypted pages.." was not checked. After going through this, I did notice 9 Pro was installed. What should my next step be?
