Both german standalone XI installer and the XI Mui standalone installer used, the program is still opens in English. Even when you set it to ask for the language when opening, you can select german and english is still displayed. I have tried regional/keyboard/country/language settings in windows and even rummaged around in the registry changing any language options to german, still in English. I have a customer that cant speak a word of english and needs it in German! Help!
