i have a cd with pdf files on it. I cant open any files off of it. I put it in the drive and it runs and then nothing happens. My drive doesnt recognize the cd. I have all the uptodate Adobe files and I even uninstalled and reinstalled. My sons laptop will read but my desk top wont.
