Hi,
I have a user who has Adobe Reader version 11.0.2 installed on his Windows 7 32 bit computer.
When he’s clicking “File” and choosing “Print” Adobe Reader hangs and then crashes.
The strange thing is that this does not happen when I’m logged into the computer through RDP with my own user account.
I’ve tried the following workarounds which has not solved this issue;
1. Uncheck “enable protected mode at startup”.
2. Reinstalled Adobe Reader (deleted Adobe regkeys before reinstalling)
3. Update Adobe Reader.
4. Uninstalled all printers/print drivers on the computer and deleted the print drivers in the registry.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem?
