Adobe Reader X Version 10.1.3 - cannot open PDFs in browser.

Hi,

I'm using, Adobe Reader Version X 10.1.3 on my Mac computer. When I'm in Safari and try to click a PDF file, I get this message: "Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement". I can't find the steps to accepting any license agreement in the Adobe Reader settings - how do I go about fixing this problem?

Also, when viewing in Firefox, clicking on a PDF automatically opens up Microsoft Word, which obviously can't read it.

Perhaps these problems are related?
