Replies in Shared Review

Several engineers that I support (I'm a tech writer) are having trouble posting replies to comments in a network shared review. It seems that when somebody posts a reply, the reply is saved to the server as a blank reply with no text. When the reply is edited, it saves the text properly.

 

This phenomenon is repeatable. The PDFs and shared reviews in question are generated from Acrobat 9.4.5 Pro, and the reply problems occur when viewing said shared reviews with Reader X. Has anyone else experienced this?
