I have a user on a Windows 7 64 bit laptop that is running Adobe Reader X(10.1) and when they click the print icon in reader or click File > Print Reader freezes for almost a minue and then it finally shows the printer options window where you can click OK to print.
That's a problem and I'd like any help anyone can provide.
**I should also note that during the time period where it freezes that task manager shows a process named "splwow64.exe" eating up a decent amount of memory and cpu and once the printer options window opens this process disappears from task manager.
