Fui atacado POR malware, ou a CIA dos USA, que corrompeu uma série de arquivos meus em PDF.
Quero recuperar tais arquivos, e já tentei vários programas, mas não consegui.
Como faço para recuperá-los? A empresa Adobe pode recuperá-los para mim?
E para que site da Adobe eu posso enviá-los zipados para serem recuperados?

I recently installed the aforementioned, and now cannot open and work with any files. Each time a file opens, I get the message that Adobe Reader has stopped working. Does anyone know why, or more importantly, what I can do about it?

I am running Windows 7 - I installed Adobe Reader XI (version 11.0.06) yesterday (March 19, 2014). After I use Adobe XI and return to the internet I try to do a search on the internet (a google search, for example) - I type in letters, but consecutive numbers appear. I shut off my PC and turn it back on, I then can type letters in the search box (google or yahoo), but if I try to type a URL again I type in letters and they come up consecutive numbers. If I shut down again it all works again until I use Adobe again. Letters and numbers work appropriately within documents such as Word documents. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

I have pdfs that I used to be able to download or open from a website. Now I can't do it. I have Windows 8.1, 64 bit laptop. Is there a special 64 bit version of Adobe Reader? If I try to save a pdf, the "save target as" is greyed out in the window.
How do I get it to quit asking me to download it? It is already downloaded into my computer. I have things I want to print from my email and when I go to where I need to print them it asks me to download again. I have tried the download again and it tells me it is already installed but it will not let me go to the site I need to print. I really need to get this resolved because they are tickets I need for tomorrow 4/5/14. Please can anyone help me?

Concise problem statement: Clicking "Special Characters..." in the Edit menu does nothing at the time of click, but now the "Characters" dialog, with nothing in it, will not go away!
Steps to reproduce problem:
1.Open Adobe Reader
2.Click "Edit"
3.Click "Special Characters..."
Results: Nothing at the time, but every time I click in any other application, and even in Reader, the "Characters" dialog pops up briefly, with no close button and nothing in it but a title, and disappears again. Then I have to wait a second for my cursor to appear in the application I was trying to access. If I click away from this text box, it will come up. If I click back in the text box, it will come up and I have to wait for the cursor before I can start typing. I have closed Adobe Reader, but the dialog still pops up. Shut down and restarted, but it still shows up. Uninstalled Reader and restarted, reinstalled Reader and restarted, opened and closed Reader and restarted, even tried to click to same menu item in the hopes that something I could DEAL with would open, and restarted AGAIN. Still the dialog pops up even when I have just restarted and haven't opened Reader. Reader is not in my "Start Up" apps.
I cannot use my computer with this dialog interrupting every action!
